FurbyBoom App CHEAT!

Eric December 26, 2013 2

For those of you that do not live in the USA and get the dreaded “The FurbyBoom app is not available in your country”,  there’s still hope!  That hope is called “SideLoading”.  This technique may also work for those Kindle Fire HDx users too who get the message “App not found”, or “app not compatible with this device” etc.

Yes, SideLoading takes a few steps, and you should not have to go through this to get what you paid for.  I agree! But at this point in time it may be the only alternative until Hasbro gets things in order.  This procedure should be performed by an adult who can follow instructions! (Its not that hard).

Since the Furby apps are free in the app stores, there’s no worries about breaking any laws.  SideLoading should never be used to try and install paid apps.

First thing you need is the .apk file.  Which you can get here.       Visit this page for instructions.

I’m no expert at sideloading apps, I use an iPad so if you have questions about sideloading I wont be much help! Just run searches in Google and Youtube for things like  “Furby .apk file, sideloading apps on android device, or on Kindle HD” etc.   Here are a couple of helpful videos to get you started.  Keep in mind that there can be security risks from downloading apps from anywhere other than Google Play, Amazon Apps and iTunes.

Android 101: How to “SideLoad” or install Andoid apps

The girl is this video shows how to install a book onto the Kindle Fire HDx,  the process is the same.
